Brexit and the UK: Constitutional Consequences

As UK’s withdrawal from EU approaches, more legal questions arise with the Brexit and post Brexit situation. The lecture will feature legislative consequences of Brexit under UK withdrawal Act 2018, Miller Case, impact on UK devolution, the problem with the Irish Border post Brexit. Prof. Peter Leyland is a public law professor at London University SOAS and he will show us how to think of Brexit and the UK, and the constitutional consequences. It would be a great interest to anyone who is interested in the Brexit and its impact and situation.
