Friday,May 23,2025Documents to be submitted differ depending on the submission qualification and the submission category (Research Article (refereed), Research Notes, Notes, & etc).
The manuscript(s), checklist, and cover sheet are necessary for all submissions.
First, please check the qualification conditions for submission on the submission qualification webpage.
Note: Graduate students who submit research articles (refereed) must submit the guarantor review sheet and response letter to the guarantor.
1. Please be sure to check the policies and guidelines.
2. Please use the following files if necessary:
- Manuscript Template for Research Notes and Notes (NOT for refereed Research Articles) WORD
3. Please submit the following with the manuscript(s) at the time of submission to the online submission form.
- Link to online submission form
- Checklist for Manuscript Submission WORD - A handwritten signature, digital signature and/or a picture of the approval email is required for the cover sheet and checklist (Digital signature).
- Cover Sheet WORD - If you have co-authors, please submit the cover sheets of all the co-authors.
