The Institute for Educational Research and Service (IERS) cordially invites you to contribute to Educational Studies Vol. 69, which will be published in March 2027.
To publish in Educational Studies Vol. 69, authors are required to first submit an application form, followed by the manuscript submission process. Please note that authors who do not submit an application form will not be eligible to submit a manuscript. Please visit the Application and Manuscript Submission webpage for further details.

1. Regarding the Application Form:
- Please submit to only one category per application.
- After the submission deadline, only minor changes will be permitted. Changes to the submission type are limited as follows:
- Within a category, you may switch between article types (e.g., Research Notes → Note).
- Between categories, changes are only permitted from Category 1 to Category 2. Changes from Category 2 to Category 1 are not permitted.
- For the Research Articles (Refereed) category, we would like to request the author’s cooperation in (a) recommending one or two potential (suggested) reviewers and (b) listing one or two persons whom you do not wish to recommend as the reviewers of your manuscript due to conflict of interest. In this case, authors should refrain from recommending co-authors from their previous articles as potential (suggested) reviewers.
- Before Master-course and Doctoral-course students submit their articles, the articles must be reviewed and accepted by their guarantor (IERS member).
