If you wish to publish your article, please submit your manuscript, cover sheet, and checklist via email (iers-mygroup☆icu.ac.jp [please replace ☆ with ＠]), no later than noon, Monday, August 31, 2020 (JST). (Please note that the submission via hand delivery or mail is not available this year due to the temporal closing of the office in response to the current COVID-19 situation.)

* If you have co-authors, please submit their cover sheets as well.
* Digital signature or handwritten signature is required for the cover sheet and check list.
