What is the World? ‘The World’ is an imaginary concept of the Modern West on the basis of 'Westphalian system.' When one asks what is the ‘World of Our Making,’ mostly he does not care about what is ‘tianxia.’ The World of the Modern West with the concept of sovereignty is quite different from the sense of norm in the Rest, the Areas are not the West, because it depends on complicated relations with Christianity. If Chinese hegemony would need of new ‘World Order,’ the Age of One Belt, One Road Initiative needs to constructing the ‘World of Our Making’ in unique concepts.
