Logo Contest Guidelines

1. Prize: 10,000 円 Bank Transfer

2. Selection Process: All submissions will be screened by the Peace Research Institute.

3. Logo Announcement: The final design is scheduled to be announced by the end of the Spring Term. The winner will be notified first via email.

4. We request two logo versions: Full-color, and in black and white. At least 1600 pixels X 2000 pixels.  Ideally, students should submit both pixel-based (JPEG) and vector-based (PNG) formats. At least 1600 pixels X 2000 pixels. Aspect ratio for a standard logo for print and web would be 4 X 5 or 5 X 7.

5. All submissions must be original creations made exclusively for this contest. Copyrighted characters are not allowed, and AI-generated works will not be accepted. Entries must be unpublished in Japan or internationally. 

6. All copyrights, including those covered under relevant copyright laws, will belong to PRI. PRI reserves the right to make slight modifications to the original logo design for promotional purposes, including the newsletter, website, and related activities.

7. Participants’ personal information will be used solely for judging, announcing the winner, and awarding the prize.

8. By submitting an original logo, participants agree to these guidelines.
