“India-Japan and the Rise of Asia”

In my talk I will look at two questions, what are we talking about when we talk about the ‘rise of Asia’ and how India-Japan relations have developed historically. Locating Indsia-Japan relations within this larger framework allows us an opportunity to see the possibilities and directions that this relationship can take.
