The Most Dangerous year a documentary film on the families with transgender children and trans-exclusionary discourse in the United States in 2016.
The trans-exclusionary discourse is a serious issue also in Japan. We are hoping to learn from the film how people in the US have fought against the trans-exclusionary discourse.
After the film screening, we have a special guest Mameta Endo's talk "Let's Become A Trans Ally Now". Mameta Endo is a founder of Niji-zu, LGBTQ youth support group, and trans activist in Japan.
