CGS opening during spring term

＊Due to the 'Declaration of a State of Emergency,' ICU BCP(Business Continuity Plan) became Stage 2 from Stage 1. In light of this situation, we have decided to temporarily close CGS.
The center will be closed until when ICU's BCP is lowered to Stage 1.

CGS will be partially open during the spring term.
We will be open from 11:00 to 16:00 on the following days:

Rules to prevent the spread of infections at CGS.
Make sure you follow the rules listed below when using the center.
・If you have cold-like symptoms, please refrain from coming to the center.
・Clean your hands with hand sanitizer when you enter the center.
・Don't use the center for dining.
・Wear a mask over your nose and mouth at all times.
・A maximum of three people can use the center at the same time.
・We would like as many students as possible to use the center. The length of time allowed at the center is not restricted, but please be considerate of other visitors when using the space during busy times.
・If you use cups from the center, be sure to wash them with soap before leaving.
・We will keep the windows open to prevent viral transmission. Please don't close them.
・Please be mindful when speaking and keep your distance from others.
