Faculty Position in International Non-Profit Sector Management

The Division of International Studies at International Christian University would like to announce a tenure-track opening at the associate or full professor level in the area of International Non-Profit Sector Management.

The candidate must be committed to research in the field of International Non-Profit Sector Management, and have teaching experience in the above-mentioned field. The person must have basic knowledge and skills based upon the economics and/or business management of the non-profit sector which includes governments of various levels, international organizations and so-called NGOs. The person is expected to teach and make academic contributions in such fields as non-profit organization management, program planning and evaluation, administrative ethics and philanthropy as well as in the legal/organizational framework to support such activities. The starting date is April 1, 1999 or September 1, 1999.

Primary responsibilities are for undergraduate courses, including General Education courses, senior theses and most likely graduate courses.

Requirements: Doctorate in hand in the above mentioned field, publications and evidence of scholarly potential.
