International Service-Learning
International Service-Learning includes activities at partner universities, international organizations, and international NGOs.
Community Service-Learning
Started in 1999, Community Service-Learning consists of activities in domestic NGO/NPOs, public organizations, and local communities, mainly in Japan. So far ICU has conducted partnerships with following organizations

Since 2004, ICU has invited service-learning exchange students from partner universities in Asian countries. As one of the major activities, students work at the Kobokan Community Center and at the Asian Rural Institute. On campus, they can participate in service-learning related courses and participate in cultural exchange activities with ICU students as well as local residents.
