他大学・研究機関図書館の利用には利用願が必要な場合があります。以下のフォームを記入してお送り下さい。利用願がご用意できしだい、E-メールまたはお電話にてご連絡しますのでレファレンスサービスセンターへ取りに来て下さい。

To visit other library of universities and colleges in Japan, you will need a permit called the Letter of Introduction. Please fill in and send the form below to apply. When it is ready we will inform you by e-mail or telephone. Please receive the letter at Reference Service Center (1st floor, Othmer Library.)
