The welcome reception for the incoming JDS fellows was held on July 2nd at the Tokyo International Centre, JICA Tokyo. About 140 fellows from Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Kyrgyztan, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Uzbekistan and Vietnam were welcomed. Two fellows from the Philippines - Ms. Marisol Legaspi and Ms. Rochelle Manuel - will be enrolled at Division of Public Administration, Graduate School of ICU. They were excited to learn at ICU, and Prof. Hwang, the chair of JDS Committee offered words of cheers to them. They will participate in the briefing orientation program and Japanese language training arranged by JICE before entering ICU.
