This website is designed to give basic information about ICU and its admission procedures to those who have attended schools outside the regular Japanese educational system for at least the last two years prior to enrollment and who are able to take college level courses in English.

Exchange programs are available for those who study at one of the ICU Exchange Program Partner Universities(please refer to the list of Exchange Programs Partner Universities). General information for ICU exchange program can be found at http://subsite.icu.ac.jp/ieeo/exchange_invitee/. To participate in the exchange/ invitee program, you need to be nominated and apply through your university. Please contact the study abroad office of your university to get more information about the application process.
