The 187th Asian Forum, "Deaf-Mute History: A Network of Words, Pictures, and History for Deaf Education Related to the Deaf-Mute"

We are delighted to announce the 187th Asian Forum, ”Deaf-Mute History: A Network of Words, Pictures, and History for Deaf Education Related to the Deaf-Mute.”

Deaf/Deaf-mute history has canvassed descriptionally persons and events relevant to the deaf/deaf-mute, developing to interpret words, pictures, and deaf education in documents in the ancient, middle, early-modern, and modern times. This lecture provides topics showing Kanji in Kanji-dictionaries, deaf-mute beggars painted on a folding-screen, and description related to the deaf education in popular books.
