Faculty Position in Economics

The Division of International Studies of International Christian University invites applications for a tenure track position in Economics at the rank of Assistant Professor or above with the responsibility for teaching economics courses in English or in Japanese or in both.
Ph.D. in Economics is required by date of appointment, publications and teaching experience preferred.
Rank and salary are based upon
qualifications and experience.
The Division is
interested in an
outstanding economist of any specialty. It is particularly interested in a
specialist in International Finance. Other specialties could include International Trade and Industrial
Organization. Applicants who use Econometrics in research are preferred.
Candidates willing to participate in the universityfs Christian mission will receive preference.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge or willingness to learn Japanese is preferred.
