Faculty Position in Anthropology

International Christian University, Tokyo, Japan.

 

The Division of Social Sciences of the International Christian University invites applications for a tenure-track position in Cultural Anthropology at the rank of Assistant Professor or above with the responsibility for teaching undergraduate anthropology courses in English.

Ph.D. in Anthropology required, publications and teaching experience preferred.

Rank and salary based upon qualifications and experience.

The Division is interested in an outstanding anthropologist of any specialty.

Candidates willing to participate in the universityfs Christian mission will receive preference.

Fluency in English is required. Knowledge or willingness to learn Japanese is preferred.
